The Windmills Of Kinderdijk/De Molens Van Kinderdijk

This is a videoclip of the molens in Kinderdijk. The video is recorded on 6 June 2007. It is recorded with a Traveler DV 5070 camcorder with 5.0 megapixels.(The quality used to be much better, first I made the size of the video smaller, but then the quality is still quite good but for some reason is it on youtube worse quality) The music in the clip is from Alice Cooper with the song Schools Out For Summer. In the beginning of the clip you see some of the Dutch landscape. We don’t got any mountains, it is all flat. In the clip you see the windmills/molens of Kinderdijk near Alblasserdam and Nieuw Lekkerland, the special thing of Kinderdijk is that there are many windmills positioned close to eachother. This is what makes the windmills of Kinderdijk different to other places. I tried to count the windmills and I came to the number 23, but I’m not sure whether this is true. On the end you see the famous ”wooden shoes”. The Dutch word for ”wooden shoes” is ”klompen”. And to make it clear, the Dutch people do not wear wooden shoes anymore, we are all wearing normal shoes!! This video was recorded with a Traveler DV 5070.(the quality is much better on the computer then on Youtube)

yes it is pretty sensitive, if you presh a button on the camcorder, you can hear that on the video, but I just delete the sound and put some music in it. So I do’nt got to worry about the sound

  • SaLoMuN:

Yes it is if you want to use it to make homevideo’s. Not if you want to make really sharp en profesionel video’s.
